Harris as a Senior Associate, Business Analyst focusing on Operations in Waterdown, Ontario. Engage directly in improving business systems and processes in a dynamic environment.
In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new solutions and enhance existing processes for manufacturing and repair operations. Utilize your expertise to capture and analyze business requirements, ensuring effective delivery of technical solutions to meet organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive the implementation and improvement of business processes
• Lead workshops to gather business requirements
• Analyze operational data to propose solutions
• Generate monthly metrics reports for management
• Collaborate with teams to train users on new systems
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree with 2 years of relevant experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerBI
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies is an advantage
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Experience with Tier 1 ERP applications and manufacturing processes
