Summary

The Wireless Products & Services team at Bell Mobility is a passionate, innovative, and high‑performing group that plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of Bell’s wireless experience. Our team works across a dynamic and evolving environment, delivering next‑generation products and services that highlight Bell’s network advantage and reinforce why everything is Better with Bell.

We are seeking a motivated and results‑driven Technical Product Manager to lead and support strategic initiatives across our Consumer portfolio. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Technology, IT, Marketing, Operations, Legal, external partners and device manufacturers to drive key initiatives such as eSIM, consumer IoT, new service enablement platforms, and the continued evolution of Bell’s wireless products.

This position requires a strong combination of business acumen, technical curiosity, problem‑solving capability, and cross‑functional leadership. You will be responsible for defining product strategies, developing and evolving our service portfolio, and leading launch and lifecycle activities aligned with Bell’s long‑term wireless roadmap.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent, champion, and drive the creation and evolution of wireless products, services, and enablement platforms
  • Identify business requirements and drive alignment across Technology, IT, Network, Marketing, Operations, Legal, and other key stakeholders
  • Conduct market, competitive, and customer analysis to inform product and portfolio strategy
  • Develop business cases, financial models and business analyses to support new investments and enhancements
  • Contribute to strategic planning, including roadmap development and cross‑functional prioritization
  • Build and manage relationships with external partners, vendors, and technology providers to support product development, integration, and ongoing operations
  • Lead cross‑functional execution of product launches, readiness activities, and proof‑of‑concept initiatives
  • Own service lifecycle performance, using KPIs to identify opportunities to improve customer experience, profitability, and operational efficiency
  • Support product marketing efforts, including go‑to‑market planning, in‑channel enablement, positioning, communications, and customer experience design
  • Demonstrated project management capabilities, with experience driving complex initiatives from planning through execution; understanding of Agile methodologies is a strong asset
Critical Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in a technical product management role or equivalent.
  • Outstanding analytical capabilities with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Proven experience in product management, business analysis, or technology‑driven roles, with a strong record of strategic thinking.
  • Demonstrated success leading and delivering cross‑functional initiatives in fast‑paced, dynamic environments.
  • Strong interest or experience in the Canadian telecommunications industry or comparable technology‑centric markets.
  • Creative thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset and a roll‑up‑your‑sleeves approach to problem solving.
  • Highly effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and secure alignment across stakeholders and executives.
  • Technically inclined, with a desire and ability to understand network technologies, mobile services, enablement platforms, and operational processes.
  • Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and navigate complex multi‑team environments.
  • Experience with customer experience design, UX principles, or product discovery is an asset.

Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
