Position: McKesson Hybrid Product Business Analyst
Be a vital part of McKesson as a Product Business Analyst in Mississauga, Ontario. This hybrid position emphasizes collaboration and product development in the healthcare sector.

In this role, you will work under the Sr. Manager of Product Innovation in Specialty Health. Your insights will guide product development and enhance patient services through strategic partnerships. A strong focus on digital transformation will be critical as you support the execution of high-quality patient programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver superior digital experiences for customers and stakeholders

• Translate business requirements into user stories and criteria

• Identify automation opportunities within business processes

• Support and prioritize the product backlog with valuable insights

• Participate in agile ceremonies including sprints and retrospectives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required

• 2-5 years in product development experience preferred

• 3+ years in business analysis with direct experience

• Background in Canadian Healthcare or Biopharma valued

• Salesforce knowledge preferred
