Position: Proposal Management Role with Aecon
Join Aecon as a Proposal Manager in Hamilton, Ontario and lead the proposal submissions for major projects. This hands-on role focuses on RFQs, RFPs, and EOIs, driving collaboration among teams.

In this pivotal position, you will leverage your 3-5 years of experience in managing proposals within the construction industry. Your responsibilities include scheduling proposal meetings, assessing internal and external stakeholder contributions, and ensuring the packaging of proposals is both timely and of top quality. You'll also support mentorship efforts for junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all submission processes for proposals

• Lead stakeholder meetings to gather inputs

• Prepare and edit sections of proposals and reports

• Coordinate with graphic teams for proposal visuals

• Ensure compliance and conduct team reviews

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience

• 3-5 years in proposal management for construction projects

• Proficient in MS Office Suite and Adobe In Design

• Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities

• Valid Driver’s License for potential travel
