This dynamic role reports to the Senior Manager of Product Innovation and is crucial for executing digital transformation initiatives. Utilize your skills in gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and leading agile ceremonies. Your expertise will ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions amid a diverse and collaborative work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as a domain expert for customer and stakeholder engagement
• Document and translate business requirements into user stories
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
• Refine and prioritize product backlog based on business value
• Conduct impact assessments and define KPIs for measurement
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in business analysis
• 5+ years in technology-related industries preferred
• Biopharma experience is a plus
• Certification in business analysis recommended
