As Senior Indigenous Rights and Consultation Lead, you'll guide Dillon’s environmental science and planning teams in Ontario. This position emphasizes meaningful engagement processes while developing resources related to the Duty to Consult. Your leadership will be vital in fostering relationships and integrating Indigenous Knowledge into a range of innovative projects across Canada.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage Aboriginal and Treaty impact assessments
• Provide guidance on consultation and engagement
• Prepare high-quality reports and deliverables
• Collaborate on socio-economic data collection
• Lead and facilitate client engagement sessions
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in social sciences or related field
• 15 years of relevant consulting experience
• Knowledge of culturally-appropriate engagement
• Strong critical thinking and organizational skills
• Willingness to travel as needed
Your role will greatly contribute to Indigenous rights and community support at Dillon.
