Join Hear CANADA's Client Care team in a permanent role overseeing various administrative duties at our North Maple clinic. You will manage appointment scheduling, provide individualized support to clients, and recommend products to enhance their experience. Your efforts will directly contribute to our mission of providing Wonderful Sound for All.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver individualized client experiences at the clinic
• Manage scheduling and follow up on missed appointments
• Make tailored product and payment recommendations
• Maintain physical and electronic client records
• Educate clients about billing options and perform AR duties
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years in a customer-facing role
• Strong sales acumen to recommend services
• Customer-centric engagement with diverse groups
• Team-oriented and cooperative with colleagues
• Valid driver's license preferred for local travel
