Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure project readiness through effective governance
• Address portfolio-level project risks proactively
• Provide consistent health evaluations and updates
• Manage financial metrics related to projects
• Select and onboard Project Managers for Toptal’s projects
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline
• Minimum five years managing project portfolios
• Hold a PMP certification
• Excellent stakeholder coordination skills
• Strong attention to detail in reporting and communication
