Indigenous Discipline Lead at SOAR

Lead Ontario operations with SOAR Professional Services as an Indigenous Discipline Lead. This full-time role focuses on project management, operational efficiency, and Indigenous community engagement.

In this pivotal management position, you will report to the SOAR Operations Lead and work closely with the President. Your responsibilities include optimizing project backlogs and ensuring successful delivery through a culturally-grounded consulting framework. You will blend strong management skills with knowledge of Indigenous business landscapes, making a significant impact on community-led initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Systematize and standardize consulting methodologies

• Implement quality control for project delivery

• Manage project staffing and capacity planning

• Align sales pipeline with delivery capacity

• Champion Indigenous Shared Success Approach across teams

Requirements:

• 7+ years of proven consulting experience

• Post-secondary education required; master’s preferred

• Strong understanding of consulting economics

• Ability to build and manage a localized team

• Willingness to travel for project support
