In this pivotal management position, you will report to the SOAR Operations Lead and work closely with the President. Your responsibilities include optimizing project backlogs and ensuring successful delivery through a culturally-grounded consulting framework. You will blend strong management skills with knowledge of Indigenous business landscapes, making a significant impact on community-led initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Systematize and standardize consulting methodologies
• Implement quality control for project delivery
• Manage project staffing and capacity planning
• Align sales pipeline with delivery capacity
• Champion Indigenous Shared Success Approach across teams
Requirements:
• 7+ years of proven consulting experience
• Post-secondary education required; master’s preferred
• Strong understanding of consulting economics
• Ability to build and manage a localized team
• Willingness to travel for project support
