Position: Maple Leaf Foods Safety Program Administrator
Shape safety initiatives as a Safety Program Administrator with Maple Leaf Foods. Focus on compliance and systematic health and safety practices at the Heritage Plant.

This key role supports the Operations team in creating a safer workplace environment through the development of OHS policies and risk management procedures. With 3-5 years in health and safety, you will implement safety training and help enforce compliance standards. Your insights will contribute to ongoing improvement and safety culture at the facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and uphold safe operating procedures

• Facilitate safety training and informational sessions

• Monitor and report health and safety metrics

• Conduct audits for risk assessment and compliance

• Assist in emergency preparedness and accident management

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of progressive health and safety experience

• Strong communication and training skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

• Experience with regulatory bodies is advantageous

• Ensure data integrity and confidentiality
