Junior Project Manager Disaster Restoration

Our client is a Leading Restoration Specialist in the GTA,providing 24-hour response to the personal and property needs of homeowners and commercial businesses overcoming the devastating property setbacks inflicted byfire, flood, wind and other perils.

As a Junior Project Manage you would be required to manager multiple restoration files at any given time. On site estimation for residential and commercial mitigation and reconstruction. Schedule cleanup crewsand equipment. Schedule and supervise sub trades. Meet with Insurance adjusters and clients. Document claims, scopes of work and services provided. Manage all contracts.

Professional qualifications and experience required for thejob are as follows. A minimum of two years experience with disaster restoration contracting. Extensive understanding of insurance claims as they relate to restoration. Residential estimating experience with a home builder, renovator or restoration company. Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Computer literate;
Xactimate and Xactanalysis.

65, per year (depending on experience) plus Bonus, vehicle and health benefits.
