In this key role, you'll be responsible for the strategic oversight of Reliance's dealer channel operations and financing business. Leverage your financial expertise and leadership skills to shape growth strategies that meet corporate objectives while maximizing dealer engagement. You’ll guide a dynamic team towards achieving operational excellence and sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead growth strategy for dealer financing operations
• Analyze competitive activity and market trends
• Manage business performance and report to leadership
• Cultivate relationships to improve dealer satisfaction
• Foster a culture of inclusion and continuous improvement
Requirements:
• At least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity
• Proven success with partner-based business models
• Strong P&L management and forecasting skills
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance; MBA a plus
