At Omnia Bio, based at McMaster Innovation Park, you will collaborate with several departments to streamline the proposal process for CDMO services. As a leading force in biomanufacturing, your role will involve drafting proposals which directly influence client engagement and project success. By managing project information and timelines, you'll have a direct impact on Omnia Bio’s growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather project-specific details and develop proposal content

• Oversee the proposal response process for RFIs and RFPs

• Prepare and tailor proposals that highlight Omnia Bio's strengths

• Utilize templates for consistency and quality assurance

• Assist in pricing strategy discussions and presentations
Requirements:

• BSc required; advanced degree is a plus

• Minimum 2 years in the biopharma proposal process

• Contract manufacturing experience preferred in CGT

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
