Assistant Manager for Bulk Supply Products

Support our operations as an Assistant Manager at Ridge Soils, focusing on soil, mulch, and aggregate supplies. This role emphasizes hands-on management and robust customer service engagement.

As part of the Ridge Soils team, you will assist in managing daily operations, overseeing staff, and ensuring that customers receive expert advice and products. Your organizational skills and experience in landscaping or bulk materials will be crucial as you manage inventory and deliveries while adhering to safety standards. This role also entails stepping in as Acting Manager when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Manager for yard operations

• Oversee staff activities and manage workloads

• Provide high-quality customer service and guidance

• Coordinate stock levels and supplier deliveries

• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and standards

Requirements:

• Experience in landscaping supplies preferred

• Strong organizational and leadership capabilities

• Comfortable working outdoors in various conditions

• Confident in customer and staff communication

• Basic computer skills and interest in loader operation
