Be part of McMaster University’s ambitious fundraising initiative as a Project Coordinator focused on alumni engagement. This pivotal role encompasses project oversight, relationship management, and administrative operations to support university goals.
As you report to the Associate Vice President of Alumni Engagement, your primary aim will be to help manage various projects while ensuring clear communication among all stakeholders. You're expected to enhance donor relations, facilitate meetings, and assist in the administrative functions of the alumni engagement team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Promote collaboration and knowledge sharing among teams
• Document project goals, timelines, and updates
• Schedule and coordinate meetings effectively
• Build and maintain connections with donors and alumni
• Oversee office facilities, supplies, and records
Requirements:
• Prefer a candidate with an undergraduate degree
• Requires 5 years of relevant experience
• Strong analytical and judgment skills
• Proven capabilities in change management
• Advanced computer skills and knowledge of databases
