This is a hands‑on, in‑office position for a creative communicator with the versatility to work across multiple channels and formats. Every piece of content you create, event you coordinate, and design you deliver will help advance our mission, ensuring Bermuda’s health system is clearly understood, actively supported, and continuously improved. You’ll play a critical role in keeping our message clear, engaging, and mission‑driven, with the support of a collaborative team who values excellence and creativity.
Responsibilities- Write and edit press releases, annual report content, and other key publications that convey our impact with clarity and purpose.
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging posts, reels, and stories using Canva, Cap Cut, or similar tools.
- Design professional layouts for reports, flyers, and presentations that are visually compelling and on brand.
- Support the planning and delivery of Council events, from logistics to on‑site coordination.
- Assist with podcast and video production (experience is a plus, not required).
- Proven experience in communications, social media content creation, and graphic design (Canva expertise required).
- Strong writing and editing skills with attention to tone, clarity, and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with a high level of organization.
- Experience coordinating events and/or managing creative production timelines.
- Strong attention to detail, both in copy and in design.
- A collaborative approach and commitment to our S.H.I.F.T. values.
- Comfort working in an in‑office, fast‑paced environment where priorities can shift.

- Can bring ideas to life visually and in writing.
