Elevate client relationships as a Premier Banking Advisor with RBC in Hamilton. This full-time role focuses on personal banking for high net worth households and delivering a superior client experience.

As a Premier Banking Advisor, you'll serve the Hamilton, Ancaster, St. Catharines, and Niagara Falls areas. Your responsibility will involve onboarding processes and providing a full range of personal banking solutions tailored to high net worth clients. Collaborate with Wealth Management Canada advisors to deepen existing relationships and acquire new clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the Premier Banking onboarding process efficiently

• Build and nurture relationships with high net worth clients

• Enhance client loyalty towards RBC by delivering exceptional service

• Follow the steps to deliver a robust advice experience

• Resolve client issues to their satisfaction promptly

Requirements:

• Proven sales experience in financial services

• Completion of IFC or CSC courses

• Exceptional client servicing skills and problem resolution

• Track record in acquiring and deepening client relationships

• Effective communication in English
