Position: Plant Controller for Financial Oversight
Lead financial governance as a Plant Controller, partnering with leadership to ensure operational excellence and cost management at our manufacturing site. Focus on forecasting, budgeting, and reporting accuracy.

As our Plant Controller, you will oversee critical finance activities impacting our facility's financial health. Build strong partnerships with operations teams to deliver valuable financial insights, optimize resource utilization, and improve performance outcomes. Maintain integrity across financial reporting while supporting strategic planning initiatives with effective scenario analysis and forecasting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner in financial forecasting and budgeting processes

• Provide recommendations based on financial insights

• Oversee inventory levels and cash flow management

• Ensure compliance with financial controls and governance

• Participate in process improvements for operational efficiencies

Requirements:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar discipline

• CPA designation or relevant experience

• Progressive finance experience in manufacturing sectors

• Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration

• Knowledge of compliance practices and internal controls
