Stryker Commercial Rebates Expert - Hybrid

Stryker is hiring a Commercial Rebates Specialist to work hybrid in Waterdown, Ontario. Play an essential role in ensuring smooth rebate processes and enhancing data reliability.

In this role, you will partner with Finance, Sales, and other teams to maintain compliance and data accuracy in rebate operations. You’ll be responsible for accurate rebate payments, audit preparation, and managing inquiries from stakeholders. Your contributions will significantly impact business decisions and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely processing of rebate payments according to contracts

• Validate documentation and maintain system data accuracy

• Support internal audits with necessary documentation

• Assist in root cause analysis related to data discrepancies

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in operations

Requirements:

• 0–2 years of experience in rebates or finance

• Bachelor's degree is required

• Strong Excel and data manipulation skills preferred

• Previous experience in medical devices is an asset
