We are looking for an organised, customer-focused Client Manager to join our Hamilton office. In this pivotal financial services position, you will support advisers, manage loan applications, and maintain compliance. Your communication skills and attention to detail will be key as you interact with various stakeholders including lenders and real estate agents.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as primary contact for clients during loan processes
• Provide timely updates and respond to client inquiries
• Assist advisers in preparing and submitting loan applications
• Collect and manage client documentation per requirements
• Liaise with stakeholders to ensure smooth settlements
Requirements:
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
• Background in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Understanding of home loan products and processes
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
