The Finance Director reports to the Executive Director and is tasked with aligning financial strategies with HCFS’s objectives while ensuring compliance with relevant legislation. You will oversee financial operations and provide strategic input on budget preparation and planning activities. Your leadership will also extend to managing financial risks and driving partnerships to ensure fiscal sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure alignment of financial strategies with HCFS’s objectives

• Oversee all financial operations and audits

• Provide strategic financial advice on future needs

• Manage operational cost efficiencies

• Foster partnerships for service funding

Requirements:

• Chartered Professional Accountant or MBA preferred

• Degree in Finance or Business Administration

• 10+ years in progressively responsible roles

• Minimum 2 years in a leadership position

• Proficient in Oracle Accounting and advanced Excel
