Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct month-end close activities and journal entries

• Prepare account reconciliations for financial analysis

• Oversee lease accounting and stakeholder coordination

• Assist with financial reporting and audit requests

• Participate in finance projects and process improvements

Requirements:

• CPA designation mandatory

• 3+ years of relevant accounting experience

• Experience in lease accounting essential

• Familiarity with property management or construction industries

• Must be eligible to work in Canada and reside in GTA
