In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring clients’ retirement and savings plans are administered accurately, directly impacting their financial well‑being and long‑term goals.

Your Responsibilities- Process daily contributions, withdrawals, and transfers across registered plans including RRSP, RRIF, TFSA, LIF, LIRA, RPP, and FHSA
- Manage rollovers such as RRSP to RRIF conversions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Monitor and resolve Low Units and NSF reports to prevent or correct payment issues
- Support investment selection processes and maintain accurate client account records
- Manage high-volume inbox requests, prioritizing urgent and time‑sensitive items
- Perform reporting, reconciliation, and documentation to ensure data accuracy and audit readiness
- 2+ years of experience administering Canadian registered investment products; completion of Post‑Secondary education is required
- Strong knowledge of CRA rules related to RRSP, RRIF, TFSA, LIF, LIRA, RPP, and FHSA
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills for reporting and analysis
- Experience with systems such as Dataphile or similar platforms is an asset
- High attention to detail with strong organizational and time‑management skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to support both clients and internal stakeholders
