Your Job- Offer solutions and advice on all aspects of wealth management for high-net worth clients and their families.
- Provide financial expertise and the framework to support the current generations' needs to grow their wealth for the benefit of future generations and, in many cases, philanthropic organizations.
- Rigorously apply processes and procedures to properly analyze clients' needs, and establish an integrated and profitable financial strategy with them.
- Provide exemplary service and a client‑centric experience that aligns with our wealth management service values.
- Build client and internal partner relationships based on trust.
- Structure traditional and common credit requests utilizing our automated lending platform (SAP).
- Be responsible for the sustainability of the relationship with your clients and ensure profitability of your clients' portfolios.
- Involve appropriate specialists/parties in the relationship to properly meet, anticipate and exceed clients' needs.
- Negotiate terms and conditions for files that conform to risk management standards and profitability criteria.
- Help the Bank grow its portfolio share and increase profitability by providing clients with banking solutions tailored to their profile and goals.
- Manage a credit portfolio while strictly applying the Bank’s risk management standards.
As part of the Commercial & Private Banking 1859 sector, you will report to the Regional Vice President and you'll cover Southwestern Ontario. Our team stands out for its industry and market expertise.
Prerequisite- Bachelor's degree in a related field and ten (5) years of relevant experience, or Master's degree in a related field and six (3) years of relevant experience.
- CFP or PFP designation.
- Knowledge of financing and banking products/services in both personal and commercial banking.
- Exceptional customer service, sales, business development, and negotiation experience.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Accessible, convenient, proactive, client‑centric, agile and accountable.
- Leadership abilities, autonomy, perseverance, teamwork.
