We require a skilled Finance Manager with at least three years of experience in finance, accounting, or bookkeeping. The role demands expertise in Quick Books Online and experience with ADP payroll. You will lead the financial reporting process across multiple locations and ensure effective cash flow management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee month-end financial closing in Quick Books Online

• Monitor bank accounts and prepare daily cash flow reports

• Create precise monthly financial statements and reports

• Assist with budgeting and forecasting initiatives

• Manage bi-weekly payroll processing via ADP

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years in finance or accounting roles

• Relevant post-secondary education preferred

• Proficient in Quick Books Online software

• Excellent organizational skills for managing deadlines

• Previous experience in healthcare settings is a plus
