Position: Financial Analyst with Growth Opportunities

In this role, you'll report to the Director of Finance, steadily taking ownership of the month-end close process. Candidates should have 3 to 5 years of relevant accounting or finance experience, with strong Excel skills and a CPA designation. Key responsibilities include preparing monthly financial statements and budgets while conducting detailed variance analyses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive and own the full monthly close process

• Prepare and consolidate financial P&L reporting

• Manage cash flow forecasts across operations

• Support departmental budget analyses with variance insights

• Identify process improvement opportunities within finance

Requirements:

• 3-5 years in finance or accounting environments

• CPA completion or nearing completion

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel

• Familiarity with ERP systems, especially Microsoft Business Central

• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
