About the Role
We are a growing multi-location healthcare organization looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join our team. This is a hands‑on role that sits at the heart of our day‑to‑day financial operations from payroll and vendor payments to month‑end close and contractor reporting.
This is a full‑time, in‑person role and compensation will be commensurate with experience. This is a newly created role.
What You’ll Do- Manage the full month‑end close process in Quick Books Online across 12+ locations
- Reconcile and monitor bank accounts daily; prepare daily cash flow summaries for ownership
- Prepare accurate monthly financial statements and management reports for ownership
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management initiatives
- Run bi‑weekly payroll through ADP, including employee reimbursements
- Manage accounts payable and process vendor payments
- Process monthly contractor payments to independent physician contractors based on clinic billings
- Calculate and process monthly commissions
- 3+ years of experience in a finance, accounting, or bookkeeping role
- Post secondary education in a related field is an asset
- Hands‑on experience with ADP payroll processing
- Proficiency in Quick Books Online (QBO)
- Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple recurring deadlines
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of your workload
- Experience in a healthcare or multi‑site environment is a definite asset
- Precise, polished and accountable
