This role involves managing the dealership's finance and insurance operations with a focus on customer service, compliance, and profitability. You will work closely with lenders, prepare documentation, and help customers finalize vehicle sales while exceeding sales goals through the sale of finance-related products. A strong understanding of automotive finance and excellent negotiation skills will be essential for success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate financial options to customers and secure financing

• Deal directly with lenders and prepare documentation

• Sell extended products including warranties and insurance

• Maintain good relations with financial institutions

• Analyze credit reports and assist in credit applications

Requirements:

• 3-5 years’ experience in automotive finance

• Strong sales, finance, and management knowledge

• Proven record for achieving performance goals

• Ability to read and calculate financial figures

• Bilingual skills in French and English preferred
