Join Gowling WLG as a Collections Specialist, where you can work from any office across Canada. This role focuses on managing collections and enhancing client payment experiences.

As a Collections Specialist, you will support the Matter Billing Professionals by overseeing account collections and facilitating communication with clients. This position requires strong analytical skills to address delinquent accounts and coordinate with various teams to streamline collection processes. Candidates must have at least three years of experience in a similar role to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage collection process for assigned client accounts

• Generate reports on collection activities and delinquent payments

• Reconcile account discrepancies and maintain documentation

• Collaborate with the Cash Receipts Team for efficient payment allocation

• Prepare necessary forms for account management

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of credit and collections experience

• High School Diploma with related work experience

• Familiarity with accounting software and principles

• Bilingual in French and English preferred

• Excellent time management and attention to detail
