Join Vaco by Highspring as a Finance Consultant for a 6-month contract in Hamilton. This role emphasizes execution of user acceptance testing, billing processing, and ensuring the integrity of migrating in-house AR processes.
The Finance Consultant will oversee detailed reconciliations and validation of the invoicing system, requiring 3-5 years’ experience in accounts receivable or billing operations. Expertise in UAT testing within financial environments is needed to identify and resolve system discrepancies during the transition phase. Effective communication is crucial for collaboration across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough user acceptance testing for new systems
• Validate invoice formatting, coding, and accuracy
• Perform reconciliation between old and new billing systems
• Support data migration and validate its integrity
• Document and implement process improvement measures
Requirements:
• 3-5 years experience in billing operations
• Strong skills in UAT testing for financial tools
• Advanced Excel capabilities for data manipulation
