Position: Controller with Operational Insights
Drive financial performance as a Controller in a food manufacturing environment, balancing financial reporting and operational support. This role places you at the heart of plant operations and finance strategies.

As Controller, your focus will be on both financial reporting and operational support, enabling collaboration with plant management teams. You will provide insights based on comprehensive variance analysis and lead month-end closures, impacting key decision-making processes. Your leadership will ensure the accounting team meets goals while enhancing operational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial reporting and month-end close processes

• Analyze EBITDA and margins for improvement

• Act as a financial partner to operations leaders

• Present analysis to senior executives, including CEOs

• Ensure compliance and manage internal controls

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in finance or business administration

• CMA/CGA/CA/CPA designation; 10+ years of experience

• Experience in food manufacturing or similar industries

• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities

• Deep knowledge of ASPE compliance
