Technical Finance Consultant

Position: Technical Finance Consultant Role
Vaco by Highspring is hiring a Finance Consultant for a 6-month contract based in Hamilton. This technical role is focused on user acceptance testing, bill validation, and supporting AR migration from outsourcing to in-house.

As a Finance Consultant, you will apply 3-5 years of accounts receivable experience to ensure smooth transitions in invoicing processes. The role requires strong UAT testing skills and advanced proficiency in Excel for validating data integrity. A detail-oriented approach will drive the successful documentation of processes during the migration phase.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute user acceptance testing on AR systems

• Validate and reconcile invoicing processes effectively

• Document system discrepancies and implement solutions

• Assist with data migration and standardization

• Create process documentation for operational use

Requirements:

• 3-5 years in accounts receivable operations

• Proven UAT testing skills in financial settings

• Advanced Excel knowledge for data analysis

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
