This role involves coordinating with divisional program managers on financial reporting, assisting in budget submissions, and ensuring adherence to cash handling policies. Your expertise will enhance departmental budget accuracy, financial reconciliations, and reporting across capital and reserve accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate departmental financial reporting and budget variance analysis

• Prepare and monitor annual Operating and Capital Budget submissions

• Oversee cash management procedures and ensure compliance

• Develop and maintain job-related financial policies and procedures

• Assist with subsidy claims and funding agreements

Requirements:

• University Degree in Business Administration or related field

• 3-5 years experience in financial analysis and reporting

• Proficiency with People Soft and budget systems

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Attention to detail and strong time management abilities
