Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily branch operations and member experience strategies
- Foster professional development through coaching and training
- Promote financial products to enhance member engagement
- Collaborate with wealth, small business, and external partners
- Lead community initiatives through business development efforts
- 5-7 years of retail banking experience
- Leadership experience in a banking environment
- Post-secondary education in Finance or Business
- Knowledge of mortgage underwriting and credit adjudication
- Mutual Funds License, PFP or CFP designations valued
