Key Responsibilities:

• Identify eligible properties for Vacant Unit Tax billing

• Respond to inquiries from the public and government agencies

• Analyze tax accounts and provide customer support

• Evaluate complaints for compliance with established criteria

• Prepare reports and communicate with senior management

Requirements:

• Community College diploma in Business or Accounting

• Knowledge of Property Tax Legislation and Municipal By-laws

• Proficient in Word, Excel, and data management tools

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
