Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate Canadian and US depository bulletins
• Process corporate actions with accuracy and timeliness
• Manage daily entitlements efficiently
• Ensure tax compliance for corporate actions
• Facilitate client accounts for dividend reinvestment plans
Requirements:
• 2 years of related work experience
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Excellent customer service skills
• Fluent in English;
