Asset Manager for Lendistry

Drive recovery and manage troubled loans as an Asset Manager with Lendistry. This role requires expertise in commercial and SBA asset management along with strong negotiation skills to optimize recoveries.

As an Asset Manager, you will oversee problem loans and develop actionable plans to mitigate risk and ensure compliance. Your responsibilities include negotiating with borrowers, conducting credit analysis, structuring workouts, and handling OREO management. A strong background in distressed asset resolution is essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer a portfolio of non-performing loans

• Develop strategies for loan restructurings and settlements

• Conduct daily collections and monitor borrower communications

• Analyze collateral values and legal proceedings

• Manage OREO operations and liquidation activities

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience with troubled loans

• Expertise in SBA workouts and compliance

• Strong understanding of bankruptcy and foreclosure laws

• Proficient in Excel and loan servicing systems

• Excellent communication and time management skills
