Business Banking Consultant at FirstOntario

Join First Ontario as a Business Banking Consultant focused on commercial lending and services for members. You'll drive membership creation while ensuring compliance with new regulations.  

This role requires 3-5 years of experience in a commercial services environment. You'll need a strong grasp of banking products and the ability to communicate effectively with high-value commercial members. Your problem-solving skills will be essential in delivering top-notch service and advice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Open and maintain Commercial Memberships

• Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies

• Identify sales opportunities with Commercial Members

• Complete applications for products and services

• Assist with business banking portfolio reporting

Requirements:

• Completion of Grade 12, preferably with post-secondary education

• Experience in commercial lending and credit unions

• Competency in Microsoft Office and banking software

• High integrity and trustworthiness

• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
