As the Regulatory Reporting Manager reporting to the Director of Financial Accounting & Reporting, your mission is to oversee KOHO Bank’s regulatory reporting framework. You will ensure compliance with OSFI and Bank of Canada standards through precise reporting processes, while also facilitating effective communication across departments. Your contributions will play an essential role in the evolution of KOHO’s finance function.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop KOHO's regulatory reporting controls and frameworks

• Ensure well-documented and timely regulatory submissions

• Collaborate effectively across finance and operational teams

• Execute month-end close and reconciliation activities

• Enhance data quality and reporting processes

Requirements:

• CPA qualified with 6+ years in regulatory reporting

• Strong grasp of IFRS and reporting requirements

• Highly skilled in Excel and financial documentation

• Experience enhancing reporting processes

• Excellent communicator with decisive leadership skills
