Member Services Representative for Banking

Join us as a Member Services Representative in Emerald Park, Montmartre, and Vibank, where you'll play an essential role in supporting our members' financial journeys. Engage with clients and deliver critical banking services to address their immediate needs.

We seek two dedicated part-time team players to handle varying business hours. In this role, you will provide services like bill payments and withdrawals, while also learning to open accounts and refer clients to Financial Advisors, enhancing their experiences. Building strong relationships and being attentive to member needs are key parts of your success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist members with day-to-day banking transactions

• Proactively address members' financial needs

• Learn to facilitate account openings and simple applications

• Make referrals to Financial Advisors for comprehensive support

Requirements:

• High School Diploma required

• Experience in member service preferred

• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on trust

• Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment
