Your responsibilities will include serving as a trusted contact for a wide spectrum of NFP organizations, offering customized banking services that reflect their unique needs. Collaborate with internal teams to promote financial literacy and develop campaigns that resonate with community values.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage relationships with NFP clients

• Deliver tailored banking solutions and advice

• Support marketing initiatives to elevate NFP visibility

• Cross-sell First Ontario’s product suite effectively

• Maintain detailed records of member interactions

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Business or related field

• 3-5 years of financial services experience

• Understanding of NFP organizational structures

• Track record in new business development

• Knowledge of core banking and NFP lending products
