In this role, you will be tasked with ensuring that each member interaction is fulfilling and informative. As a Specialist, you will provide insightful financial advice aimed at positioning First Ontario as the primary financial institution for members. You will work collaboratively with others to meet and exceed branch targets while supporting seamless branch operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate effective business development interactions with members
• Process transactions swiftly and accurately for member satisfaction
• Assist in branch opening and closing procedures
• Monitor safety deposit box records and controls
• Champion the use of alternative delivery channels for members
Requirements:
• Grade 12 education or equivalent necessary
• Minimum of 3 years in a banking or credit union role
• Excellent communication and customer service capabilities
• Capability to function effectively with minimal supervision
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate within a team
