Trust Administrator: Insolvency Services in Ontario

In this role, you’ll assist in providing consumer insolvency services including both planning and delivery aspects. You will handle the preparation and review of all BIA documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance while addressing debtor needs. Building relationships with industry referral sources and contributing innovative ideas will be key to your success and improvement of processes within the department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning consumer insolvency services

• Analyze data and financial records thoroughly

• Administer formal appointments like bankruptcies

• Prepare BIA documentation, including Affidavits and Court Orders

Requirements:

• Experience in insolvency is a valuable asset

• Financial Advisory background is considered beneficial

• General knowledge of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act needed
