Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and monitor the annual operating budget

• Oversee Ministry reporting and compliance processes

• Lead budget planning and forecasting across departments

• Prepare financial reports, variance analyses, and budget forecasts

• Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance financial management

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• CPA designation in good standing

• Minimum seven years in financial planning and reporting

• Demonstrated experience managing complex budgets

• Advanced proficiency in financial systems and Excel
