Position: Supervisor for Premium Hospitality Areas
Drive exceptional hospitality as a Premium Clubs Supervisor at Oak View Group’s TD Coliseum in Hamilton. Lead and manage premium spaces to ensure a remarkable guest experience.

This role involves supervising part-time staff during events, coordinating with various teams for service excellence, and maintaining the highest standards of quality in luxury clubs and suites. You will be the primary contact for guests, helping create lasting memories in a newly renovated venue celebrated for its premium offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise guest services across premium areas

• Coordinate event setup and logistics effectively

• Liaise with clients and oversee event documentation

• Ensure service stations are stocked and sanitized

• Provide hands-on support to FOH team members

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of relevant supervisory experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Valid Smart Serve and Food Handlers Certification preferred

• Strong communication and stress management skills

• Flexible availability for various events
