Position: Dayforce Talent Implementation Consultant (Full Time Permanent Opportunity)

Your Opportunity

BDO Digital is looking for a Dayforce Talent Implementation Consultant to join our Dayforce practice, with the ability to work remotely from anywhere in Canada. This is a new role and the individual will own the following responsibilities:

Responsibilities
  • Act as a trusted advisor to external clients and BDO project teams in implementing Dayforce Talent
  • Lead all phases of the Dayforce implementation including Discovery, Configuration, Testing, Go-live and Post Go-Live
  • Collect, document and validate client functional requirements, mapping to Dayforce functionality
  • Configure Dayforce to meet client functional requirements
  • Provide internal status updates, noting issues/risks with recommended resolution to Green
  • Implement Organizational Readiness best practices in preparation for rollout
  • Train client staff to capably perform day-to-day activities
  • Manage multiple client/project engagements simultaneously
  • Identify best practices/lessons learned and document/share internally and with Dayforce
  • Complete new release training as needed and be our expert on Dayforce

Your Experience and Education
  • 2+ years of Dayforce HCM implementation experience, with a focus on Dayforce Talent functionality
  • Understanding of common Payroll and HCM business practices
  • Business process mapping experience
  • Relationship management and consulting acumen – asking the right questions to design the right solution
  • Leading and facilitating client workshops and sessions
  • Managing multiple implementations and engaging with clients at the same time
  • Dayforce certification is an asset
  • Change Management experience is an asset
  • Understanding and developing relational databases and SQL is an asset
  • Self-motivated, articulate and able to engage audiences
  • Excellent organization, communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability and willingness to travel to customer sites as needed
Compensation and Benefits

The expected range of compensation for this role is $84,000 to $128,000 per annum.
