A regional healthcare provider in Hamilton is seeking an HR Assistant - Benefits to support high-volume HR activities such as onboarding, benefits management, and employee inquiries. The ideal candidate will have a two-year College Diploma in Human Resources Management and 1-2 years of related experience. Responsibilities include liaising between employees and HR, processing leaves of absence, and ensuring accurate record management.
This is a full-time temporary position offering 7.5-hour shifts from Monday to Friday.
