Human Resource Recruitment Associate
Part-Time Contract- 3 months with possibility of extension
The People and Culture Team
Compensation: $21.29-$25.52 per hour

Position: Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, as the Human Resource Associate, focus will be to fulfill the talent acquisition across the organization. This will entail managing a high-volume candidate pool to carry through a few stages of the recruitment cycle while working closely with the People and Culture team. Having the ability to identify candidates fit with both job requirements and, most importantly, assess for alignment with Indwell’s values as a passionate and committed team member.

Hours of Work: Part-Time Contract, 3 months with possibility of extension,16-24 hours per week, Monday
- Friday.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Post new job opportunities and vacancies to external job boards (i.e. employment centers, schools).
- Manage the status of job postings, making selections from the candidate pool for the hiring team to review.
- Conduct an efficient interview process for all candidates with pre-screening candidates by phone, reviewing their resume, assessing their culture fit, intent, skill set, qualifications, salary requests- presenting to the hiring team for their review
- Providing any necessary documentation and information for the hiring managers and candidates alike
- Conduct and/or initiate reference checks manually or via Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Assist with any administrative projects as needed
WHO YOU ARE:
- Positive and personable in all interactions with excellent interpersonal and communication skills (active listener)
- Effective at discerning and decision making
- Ability to work in this quick-paced role, managing tasks and prioritizing needs
- Organized, detail-oriented
- Maintaining confidentiality at all times
- Must demonstrate professional integrity and equity consistent with company practices
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
- Minimum 1 year proven HR/administrative experience in recruitment
- Post-secondary education in HR/related field is preferred
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
