As the Manager of Employee & Labour Relations, you will play a pivotal role by providing operational leadership and insights into employee concerns within long-term care and post-acute care sectors. This position requires strong partnerships with stakeholders to ensure compliance and effective conflict management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a labour relations advisor to leadership

• Develop and maintain strong union partnerships

• Oversee grievance management and workplace investigations

• Support organizational transitions and change management

• Promote a culture of safety and transparency

Requirements:

• University degree in relevant field

• At least ten years of HR experience, focusing on labour relations

• Comprehensive understanding of Ontario labour laws

• Strong competence in managing disputes in healthcare

• CHRL or industry certifications are a plus
