Senior SuccessFactors Payroll Consultant

Clever course HCM is a HR Path Group Company, seeking a skilled Dayforce Implementation Consultant to join our highly successful and expanding CLEARCOURSE as part of our exciting growth plans.

• Analysis of the business requirements and an analysis of the adjustment gap between the customer's requirements and the technological solution.
• Translate business requirements into system configuration objects and create a solution design in accordance with best practices.
• Participate in Third Party Application Maintenance, assist in maintaining the solution with end users, and ensure the reliability of HRIS system data.
• Carry out technical and functional monitoring (software and legal developments), advise and train users on the final solution.
• Respond to corrective, preventive and evolutionary maintenance tickets, deliver fixes, develop enhancements, test and control submitted solutions.
• Proactively identify potential sources of solution improvement, communicating resolutions to the project team.

• Minimum five years of experience with SAP Success Factors EC Payroll or S/4 HCM Payroll.
• Knowledge of Payroll Control Center preferred.
• Previous employment in a human resource related capacity or functional role in Payroll, a strong plus.
• Expertise in SAP HCM PA / OM required.
• Excellent English level required;
  French is a plus.
